Promotion This promotion (“Promotion“) is conducted by Suite Web Design (ABN 16794472354) of PO Box 220 Isle of Capri Qld 4217 (“Promoter“).
Eligibility 2.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory, who enter in accordance with these Terms. 2.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. 2.3 By entering, entrants warrant they meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these criteria.
Entry period 3.1 The Promotion opens on 17 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 18 October 2026 (“Entry Period“). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
How to enter 4.1 To enter, an individual must scan the QR code provided at the Million Women Movement event (or access the entry page directly) and complete the entry form with their full name, business name, and a valid email address, during the Entry Period. 4.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 4.3 Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion. Multiple entries from the same individual will be void. 4.4 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
The prize 5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won: A one-page WordPress website, including design, development, and launch, delivered by Suite Web Design, with a total value of approximately AUD $3,500 (inc. GST) (“Prize“). 5.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. 5.3 If any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or the relevant part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 5.4 The Prize is subject to the Promoter’s standard terms of service for website design and development projects, including reasonable timeframes for content, feedback, and approvals from the winner.
The draw 6.1 The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, on 19 October at 9am. 6.2 The draw will be conducted in a manner that gives each valid entry an equal chance of winning. 6.3 The winner will be notified by email within 1 business day of the draw, using the email address supplied at entry. 6.4 The winner’s first name and business name (but not their email address or other personal details) may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels to announce the result.
Unclaimed prize 7.1 If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days of it being sent, the Prize may be redrawn on 27 October 2026, and the process in clause 6 will be repeated to select a new winner.
Privacy 8.1 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (name, business name, email address) to: (a) conduct and administer the Promotion, including contacting the winner; and (b) with the entrant’s separate consent or as otherwise permitted by law, send follow-up marketing communications about the Promoter’s services. 8.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in those communications, without affecting their entry into the Promotion itself. 8.3 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://suitewebdesign.com.au/privacy-policy/ and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 8.4 The Promoter will not sell or provide entrants’ personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Liability 9.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on entrants under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
General 10.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent conduct. 10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or vary the Promotion, or these Terms, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 10.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Million Women Movement organisers, or any third party other than the Promoter. 10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
