We do not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, sales, or other business outcomes.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide all content, images, and legally compliant material
• Ensure passwords, accounts, and software they supply are secure
• Maintain backups unless otherwise agreed

3. Intellectual Property

• Suite Web Design retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and marketing materials
• Ownership of final website content is transferred to the client upon full payment

4. Third-Party Tools

We are not liable for:

• Errors, downtime, or security issues caused by third-party plugins or tools
• Hosting interruptions beyond our control

5. Payment & Refunds
